I am a dad to daughters! Two in fact. So in my household I am the only male. Even our dog is female. We live in a small village in the south of England, my wife and the kids and our dog. One man and 3.5 women. The dog is only small so can only count as half.

So looking back, my parents were the only ones to have both a boy and girl as children. My mum had brothers and sisters but all of my cousins on that side of the family are boys. Four in total. On my dads side he had two brothers, (my grandmother was outnumbered four to one) and they only had daughters. Three in total. When it comes to my sister she has three children, ALL GIRLS!!

Basically this site is there for all those parents who are in the same situation as myself and feel outnumbered.
